Design and Development

For the design part, I had to come up with a new name and logo for the sandwich. The name I chose is “The Cheezy Chicken Sandwich”. For the design of the logo, first I made a sandwich on my own, which helped me to brainstorm logo ideas that I sketched out on paper. The logo and finalized and illustrated along with the explosion diagram of the logo used to show the different ingredients of the sandwich. I also made a video of the recipe for the sandwich. I set up my phone and with the help of my friend, I shoot the video. Then using premiere pro and after effects, I added the text in the video.

For the development, the challange was to code the layout of the application and make the flow of the application in a way that the users could easily navigate through the app. First the users would choose the restaurant of their choice leading them to the home page of the restaurant. From there they can learn more about the restaurant and have a look at their menu and the specials leading to make a reservation.
